In addition
to the weekly rental there is a charge of € 35,- for cleaning the apartment.
On booking a
none refundable deposit of € 125,- is required secure the accomodation and to cover damages, this will be repaid
in the week following your return subject to the apartment being left in good
condition. In the event of cancellation
the deposit will be retained.
The rent
includes the cost electricity, gas, and washing, bedding, towels and sun beds
for 4 people. Please note that we
pay for actual consumption of these products and assume therefor that excessive
amounts of power, water and gas are not used. With this in mind we do request that when the air
conditioning is in use that the external doors for the apartment are closed in
that it may operate efficiently.
The rent
does not include drinking water in containers, detergents, toilet paper, paper
towels etc or other items for personal consumption. Initial supplies are provided in the department but we would
ask that you replace these as you use them.
We can arrange for the rental of bicycles at a charge of € 13,- per week.
Transportation from the airport
to the apartment.
Transportation
to and from airport by minibus can be arranged at a cost of 120 Turkish Lira,
or € 60,- each way.
This can be arranged when booking and is payable locally.
The apartment contains a full size
cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, Satellite TV , DVD player, vacuum
cleaner, safe, 4 sun loungers, etc.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one
with a double bed and one with a either bunk beds or twin beds (a double
settee/bed is also available in the lounge), two toilets, one shower, two
balconies and a pool that is used by the 12 apartments in the complex.
The apartment is only a 10 minute walk
to either the beach or town centre. As an alternative it is possible to arrange
for a free pickup service to take you
to and from Moonlight beach.

Kemer is a small, quiet town with
33,366 inhabitants. Kemer in Turkish (Eski K
ö
y) means belt. In the 1970s Kemer derived its
income from fishing and agriculture.
Today the town has replaced its orange groves
with hotels and the fishing port with a
marina for luxury boats. Despite
the rapid development, Kemer
has kept its clean beaches, the
spectacular scenery, peace and
tranquility. The atmosphere has been preserved thanks to Kemer councils
restrictions on the number of floors new buildings are able to have.
The resort is only 55 km from Antalya
airport. The road from Kemer to Antalya goes along the coast and has
amazing views of the sea. Kemer is a seaside resort, with its beautiful
scenery, it is a perfect place for a holiday. Kemer is suitable for everyone,
but above all it is an excellent place for families with children. Kemer has
two main streets, one of which is closed to traffic. There are a wide variety
of banks, shops, restaurants and bars. Kemer has one state and two private
hospitals, a post office, and one primary and one secondary school.
Near Kemer are many attractions,
including the former trading centre of Phaselis with its 2500 year old ruins
and fine bathing, Perge with its Roman baths, Olympos with its eternal burning
fire, and Aspendos complete with an amphitheater which has space for 20,000
spectators not to mention Manavgat with its broad waterfalls, and much much more.
Kemer has two beaches. Moonlight beach
is a sandy beach on the outskirts of the town centre. You can see more of the
wonderful park and the beach by selecting Images or Video. The town also
has a long pebble beach. Water activities that are offered include, wind
surfing, water skiing, paragliding and scuba diving.
Kemer marina has capacity for a
total of 300 boats, 100 boats on land and 200 in the water. The marina is open
24 hours a day.
Between the marina and the Moonlight
Beach is Yoruk park, this is a place that everyone should visit. It is a theme
park where various tent shows different sides of the nomads life.
Here, it is also possible to look at work carried out by various craftsmen. The
park provides a great view of Kemer, the marina, the beaches,
the Taurus Mountains. It is the ideal for peace and quiet meditation.
Boat Tours from Kemer to Phaselis start
at the marina. The marina is not only used by pleasure
craft, small fishing boats still
operate from here.

Disabled visitors should be aware that
Kemer is not very disabled friendly. The town generally has high pavements which can make life
difficult.
